Summer Slimmer 2010 – Terms and Conditions

By making payment, you accept and agree to the following terms and conditions.

• You accept that all program content is property of Procision Fitness and is not to be redistributed, duplicated or shared with any third parties not enlisted on the program

• You acknowledge that you have either had a medical examination and have been given your Doctor’s permission to participate, or that you do not have/are unaware of, any condition that could prevent your participation in the program

• You fully understand that you may become injured as a result of your participation in the program, and by making payment, you release Procision Fitness from any liability now or in the future resulting from your participation, including all injury, illness and death. You declare that Procision Fitness shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages or injury to yourself

• You accept that by making payment, you make a commitment to participate in the program and that all payments are final, therefore no refunds will be given

• If you feel the program is having or may have an adverse effect on your health, you agree to end your participation and consult your Doctor immediately
