Fitness Classes

Procision Fitness is proud to be able to offer the most exhilarating, effective and fun group fitness training in Weymouth and Portland at various locations. You will perform exercises you never knew existed, train better, harder and more effectively than you thought possible, enjoy the friendly and lively atmosphere, as well as meeting like minded people.

As well as the associated fitness and health benefits, your enjoyment of the sessions is key, which is why all our sessions are satisfaction guaranteed. So if you don’t enjoy one of our sessions and don’t want to come again, we’ll give you your money back!

EVENING CLASSES

Monday: Procision Fit Camp



Place: Osprey Leisure Centre Time: 7.30-8.30pm Price: £3.50 per session

This is a full body fat busting circuit based workout utilising bodyweight, steppers, resistance bands, dumbbells, medicine balls and much more, taking place in the huge indoor sports hall at Osprey Leisure Centre. It’s suitable for all ages (16+) and abilities, as you can work at your own pace, and can be shown various different levels of progression for each exercise, from very basic to highly advanced.

Monday: Bridport Bootcamp

Place: Various, please email for itinerary Time: 6.30-7.15pm Price: £39 for 6 week block

An immense, outdoor workout based in the Bridport area, designed specifically to help you drop pounds and inches fast, and in a fun way. Beautiful locations, great people and a great workout every time. You’ll also get a full diet plan and workout program too. This program works in 6 week blocks and there are limited spaces, so get in contact quick to find out when the next phase begins!

Wednesday: ULTIMATE CONDITIONING




Place: Budmouth Sports Centre Time:
6.15-7.15pm Price: £26 for 5 week block

This program is one of a kind, hardcore, intense and immense. You’ll use kettlebells, powerbags, 45ft long ropes, resistance bands, power wheels and a load more cool stuff as well. Make no mistake, this is not for the faint hearted, and will be unsuitable for you if you’re not willing to take your training to new dimensions, don’t want to push yourself to your limits, and are looking for a ‘traditional’ circuit training or gym workout. The amazing thing about this program, is that although it’s tough, although it’s mean, and although it takes no prisoners, YOU can do it. You see, the program is suitable for just about anyone, as every exercise and protocol can be adapted and progressed as necessary to give YOU the ULTIMATE workout. Whether you’re a stay at home mum, a CEO, a college student, a shop assistant or an elite athlete, get signed up and prepare to be amazed at what YOU CAN do. MORNING CLASSES

Wake up and Shape up



Monday and Friday mornings at 6.30 til 7.15am.

This program takes place in the great outdoors, and is designed specifically for fat loss, muscle toning, and getting your body looking and feeling as good as it should feel. In addition to the 2 sessions per week, you also get a full diet and workout program to complete in your own time to ensure that you get the best results possible. Programs run for 4 weeks at a time, and are limited to 20 places. Get in touch right away to find out when the next phase begins!
