Summer Slimmer Phase 4 meets Program F

Summer Slimmer is back for one more round!

After 3 successful phases, the Summer Slimmer Program will continue for another block.
.
This time around the training is going to be a little different. You see, over the past few months, I’ve been developing and sampling a number of different protocols for fat loss, and after some breathtaking results with a number of clients, I’ve compiled the most successful protocols into a brand new, foolproof, bulletproof program,  that has been delivering fat loss results of up to 20lbs inside the first 21 days!

It’s called PROGRAM F (programs A-E were the other attempts during developing it, and I’m yet to give it a more catchy name!). Now, I’m something of a perfectionist, and although I think the program is just about perfected, I want to give it one big trial before I label it complete and make it available to purchase over the next couple of months.

The program delves somewhat deeper into session timings, specific exercise selection and workout format, and involves you training for as little as 16 minutes per day, EVERY day for 21 days. Now, before you start to tell yourself excuses about ‘overtraining’, getting too tired, not being ‘fit enough to start exercising’ (this is the WORST EXCUSE ever), or anything else along those lines, I’ll stop you right there. You won’t be overtraining or even close to it, your energy levels will INCREASE, and as for not being fit enough to START exercising……really???!

So that’s the initial details about the workout program you’ll complete outside of time with me. Now onto the group session details.

The previous SS programs have lasted for 4 weeks, but this program will run for cross over a couple of key dates in my calendar, including a wedding in Cyprus on September 10th, so this time it’s slightly different.
.
The first of 6 sessions will be on Friday 20th August, and in this session I’ll be guiding you through the full program including all workouts. You then have the weekend to get sorted in terms of nutrition and planning your sessions in your diary, and the program proper then starts on Monday 23rd, and will run for 21 days.

Mon 23rd Aug:  Café Oasis, Preston
Fri 27th Aug:  Weymouth Rugby Club, entrance to car park
Mon 30th Aug: Greenhill, Rock Groyne
Fri 3rd Sept: Weymouth Swimming Pool, car park
Mon 6th Sept: Café Oasis, Preston

All sessions start at 6.30am SHARP, and finish at 7.15am. There are a maximum of 20 people allowed on the program, and all bookings must be made and paid for by midnight on Wednesday 19th August.
